Beetlejuice (1988)
Halloween is next week so we wanted to show a movie that at least had some ghosts to get everyone in the Halloween mood.
Saturday night 10/26/2024. Gate opens at 6:30. Movie starts at 7:00ish.
S’mores
There will be a fire pit on deck for making s’mores. Bring your own favorite chocolate bars. Marshmallows, graham crackers and wooden skewers will be provided - If you have any wooden skewers at home, it would be helpful to bring them in case I have trouble finding any this week. Please do not bring metal roasting forks.
Costumes
Wear your Halloween costume! We’ll take a group pic of everyone wearing their costume. Anyone who wears their costume will get a free bag of popcorn!
Concessions
We will still have popcorn for sale 1 /$.50 3/ $1.00. Aside from that, there were only a few random cans of soda, a few bottles of water, and some misc candy and stuff left after the pool closed. Whatever is there will be for sale. However, the cash register has been emptied for the year so if you want to purchase anything, please bring quarters and dollar bills so that you’re more likely to have exact change. We do accept Venmo as well. Of course, you can always bring any other drinks, dinner and snacks that you want (no glass).
Seating
The pool chairs are stacked but you can either take one off the stack (and stack it back afterwards) or bring your own chairs, sleeping bags to sit on the deck, etc.
Weather
The weather on Saturday will be warm but once the sun goes down, it will cool off a little so dress accordingly and bring a light blanket or jacket in case you need it.
Movie disclaimer: Some parts of this movie could be scary to some young children and some of the content may be a little more for older kids.
